I hate to even make a good review in case this salon becomes too busy but the new owners are doing everything right. I’ve been here a few times for nail fills and pedicures and the staff here are amazing. My nails and toes look gorgeous. I’ll be back for sure

Unfortunately I have to give this place a 1 star. The pedicure itself was mediocre at best. My feet were more rough after leaving & my shellac nail polish already fell off on my baby toe. My son also got a pedicure and his fingers painted. His nail polish literally fell off in big clumps, the whole nail just slid right off all his fingers before 24 hours and 3 toe nails too. Waste of money and I wish I waited for my normal place. Don’t waste your time/ money.

I’ve been to a few different nail salons in Airdrie due to bad experiences and this one has been the best by far. First of all, when you book an appointment, you’re booked for that time and you don’t have to wait. I’ve never experienced this at a salon, I almost always have to wait an additional 5-10 mins but not here. They’re very nice and welcoming and they match your energy well. I’ve gone in there after a work day super tired not wanting to talk too much and they get it, and other times I’ve come in with enough energy to compete with a 5 year old in a marathon and they match that energy, too. Not only that, but they are experienced. Ive had my nails done a billion times and Jennifer is the only tech that has EVER asked me if I want my coffin shape to be thinner at the end. I didn’t even realize you could tailor the shape that much until Jennifer showed me and I loved it! If you’re thinking of booking nails in Airdrie then Jennifer and the team at Azura are who you want to go see! Trust me.

I'm OBSESSED with my nails!! Jennifer picked the perfect red shade for me and her art designs are incredible! Lyn is equally as amazing with great attention to detail & amazing energy! I can’t wait to get back and I highly recommend!!!

Newly renovated, with new owners who are doing their absolute best. Staff was attentive and engaging while we waited. Came in with a larger party so we felt a bit rushed. When it was my turn, before I could say no thanks I had fake tips glued on. I guess it's full gel then. When asked about the length and I asked for way shorter, the techs swapped and the new one didn't ask or cut shorter. After filing and sanding the only cleanup of the debris all over your hands is a stiff nail brush, then lotion to help the grit stay between your fingers. When I mentioned a simple design (literally something outside that everyone sees daily) they had to look up a YouTube tutorial, and added all the additional details from that video after I asked them not to. When going in for a fill a couple weeks later (have to give a second try in case it was an off day) the same grit was left on hands. Four of my nail beds were drilled into with the Dremel, one drawing a noticeable amount of blood. I skipped asking for a design at all. Others have great things to say, so please do try this new business out for yourself, but I think I'm ok painting my own nails at home.
