Dr. Austin Ruecker was very thorough in explaining what dry needling is and how it can help alleviate chronic pain. He is pleasant and easy to talk to and I highly recommend him to anyone considering a treatment for their pain issues. My regret is I should have come in four months ago when my upper back, neck and arm pain started to hurt. I kept mistakenly hoping it would heal on its own eventually. I will definitely come back for more treatments if necessary.
