Outdated and Painful Device Used for Men l want to share my bad experience with the diode laser device used here .. After going through 6 sessions and tolerating a lot of pain, not only did the hair on my upper body not decrease, but it actually became more stimulated and started growing more. I have now completed two sessions at another clinic using an Alexandrite laser device, and l've already seen significantly better results — with almost no pain. Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing, especially considering the time, money, and discomfort involved.

Joellel was wonderful with my daughter who was very nervous to get her ears pierced. We drove 30 minutes because a friend said she was the best and it was definitely worth it.

Sandi is so kind, honest and professional! I love coming in and knowing I'll get an honest advice regarding my treatments. Prices are soooo reasonable and I always know I can trust Sandi in providing me with the most suitable treatments without "pushing" anything I don't really need. Love coming here! Super recommended.

Bought a deal on Groupon and while the procedure was alright, the comments by Sandi on my clothes were not. I feel like constantly asking if my shoes (I was wearing dressier ones) were "uncomfortable" and saying things like "I don't wear shoes like that, I'm a runners girl" came across as mildly pick-me and insecure. What really rubbed be the wrong way and why I left a 1 star were her comments after I said I took public transportation. She made several extremely disturbing comments about what she thought of "tweakers", which really blows my mind considering she's a business owner and in a ridiculous position of privilege compared to the average homeless person. All this has led me to not even want to use my last appointment with her because I felt so uncomfortable, so I canceled and have no plans on returning.

I’m stunned, completely taken back that such a small, gentle laser procedure would immediately give my skin a renewed fullness and elasticity. My skin is glowing and I am exponentially grateful for Sandi who took time to give me a thorough treatment. Sandi is also a wonderful person to have a conversation with. The whole experience is worth well beyond what I paid. She even told me my skin will continue to improve over the next several days!! Thank you!!
