Had them do an on-site estimation for a project, and I’ve gotta say, they made it so easy. Like, no back-and-forth drama—just quick, clear answers. The team was super friendly, and you could tell they actually cared about what I needed, not pushing random stuff. Everything felt smooth, no wasted time. Honestly, convenient service like this? Kinda rare these days.

I have taken my vehicles here in the last 14 years, between 4 cars. Automind has always delivery top notch service thanks to Eric and his team. tho we did agree not to see eachother too often.../joking of course.

Eric and his team are a bunch of professionals. Noticed a minor issue after the car was repaired and I brought it to Eric’s attention, Eric immediately handled it and also took care of a water leak issue I had that wasn’t related to the work initially done. He went above and beyond figured out where the leak was and only charged me for the part needed and took care of the labour. Very happy with the service provided and will definitely be back if I ever need their services.

Got referred here by my dealership, Automind Burnaby gave me a call and handled everything for me. Everything was a smooth transaction also with the courtesy car. The best repair shop! Look for Eric, he is a one of a kind!! the best in the business. I'm super happy with their work. More power and blessings to this wonderful repair shop. They could probably repair my divorce as well. :P
