Great service. I went in and spoke with Todd to buff out some " BC pin striping" that I got when out in my F-150 collecting firewood. They polished my truck up and made it look new! Could't even see the scratches anymore. They even cleaned up my VICE bumper and got rid of all the willow scratches! Todd and everyone who worked on my truck did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Auto Smile to have your vehicle cleaned. Looking forward to bringing in our other vehicle in the coming weeks. Great job!

I had such an amazing experience with Auto Smile. The tech who helped me was Jay. Jay was extremely patient while I overanalyzed my choices, and worked with me through a few different ideas. Jay’s attention to detail and keeping everything in a linear fashion as requested in the mockup couldn’t have been more on point. Thank you, Jay. The colors are spot on to the branding, and I’m genuinely impressed that the lotus even has a subtle transition in it. I recently had Paint Protection Film installed on my car at Auto Smile Ltd in Nanaimo, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Paige at reception made me feel welcome right away, clearly explained what to expect, and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Jay, the installer, was equally impressive— took the time to walk me through the installation process and ensured I understood everything involved. You can really tell they both take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. My car was returned to me spotlessly clean and clearly well cared for while it was in their hands. The attention to detail was top-notch. A special mention also goes to Brian, the shuttle driver from Steve Marshall Ford. He was not only polite and courteous, but also an excellent and safe driver—great service all around. I recently brought my older Mazda hatchback into Autosmile for a cut polish after a harsh winter on Vancouver Island left the paint faded, dull, and worn. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my vehicle, the entire experience was exceptional. The detail technicians performed a remarkable transformation on my car. When I returned to pick it up, I was genuinely taken aback—it looked like a completely different vehicle. The paint gleamed, the finish was smooth, and the car had a near-showroom appearance. It was evident that the technicians took great pride in their workmanship, and it truly showed in the final result. Equally impressive was the customer service provided by the front office staff. Gage and Paige were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer experience stood out immediately. In an industry where upselling and cutting corners can sometimes be the norm, their integrity and enthusiasm were a refreshing change. I've also had XPEL paint protection film installed on the front bumper and headlights in the past, and I continue to be impressed with how well it has held up. Based on this recent experience, I will absolutely be returning to have more PPF installed.
