I am very disappointed with the service at Auto Shine Car Wash Surrey They cleaned my car twice, but it was still not properly done. Despite charging me full price, the result was far from satisfactory. The windows were still dirty, and there were many stains left on the interior roof. I expected much better quality for the money I paid. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this car wash based on my experience.

This is my second time using this car wash, and once again I had a great experience. The washing and detailing quality is very good, especially for a reasonable price. What really stood out to me is the excellent customer service — the owner personally takes care of customers, which made me feel genuinely valued. We did face a small issue, but the owner immediately took full ownership, showed a strong bias for action, and helped resolve it without any hesitation. That level of responsibility and professionalism is truly impressive. Overall, I’m very happy with the service :)

Horrible experience, i had to clean later after giving my car for wash , my hand rest beneath storage was totally not cleaned. the owner Sarj was rude and allegations openly in waiting area on me for messing his commode seat (rather used by other customer) . No civic sense. Very bad service, please do not go

Took my Jetta to AutoShine in Surrey, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The team did a fantastic job, and my car looks cleaner than it has in a long time. A special thanks to Sarj Basra And Prabh for the great service—he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend AutoShine if you want your car to look spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My first visit to this place to get our vehicle washed. Very friendly staff and they do a really good job on the vehicle. They don't seem to rush your vehicle out just to do more volume. They actually take their time and make sure the vehicle is done right. I have visited many car wash/ detail shops in the local area and these guys by far are the best bang for the buck. They are very well priced. However, they are a little bit more than some of the other car wash places in Surrey, but in my opinion it is well worth the extra $15 to have a car that's cleaned properly and not rushed. I would highly recommend this place.
