They listened, they fixed it the first time, and they pointed out potential immediate problems in other areas. They were literally happy to help. I cannot think of better qualities in an auto mechanic shop. In fact going back next week due to the amazing service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Been back 3 times now! Fixed everything including the dodge ram leaky cab issue which I had tried to duct tape away. They even took the tape off guys. These guys are awesome!!

I cannot say enough how pleased I I am with the service at Fierce. I have a BMW 328D, and know other good friends with European cars , that have full confidence in their knowledge and ability to work on these cars. Highly recommend.

I have used Auto Fierce since they first opened up. Have never had any issues with them. Are up front with everything. I know when they service my vehicles I have nothing to worry about. Definitely recommened using them. They go above and beyond!!

Very pleasant 1st experience from the start. Yous was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job in maintaining the service and quality of work. Narin, and his staff are absolutely amazing. In this day and age of go,go, go they addressed every concern l had with my vehicle purchase. I recently brought my car in for its annual maintenance service. The overall experience was very positive. the atmosphere was so incredibly friendly and welcoming, the staff were consistently kind and diligent throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. They performed a comprehensive check of everything, and even more. They proactively noticed and reminded me about a small issue—a dead high beam—that I had completely forgotten to mention when dropping off the car. This approach to service is a notable strength. The maintenance was completed professionally and efficiently. The entire process was fast and the quality of work is excellent. I highly reccommend Auto-Fierce Automotive and will defenetely be returning for all future needs!
