Great service, great people working there. Took my car for an stuck sparkle plug and they solve the issue very fast. I will defenetly recommend the place and will take my car for any future services, maintenance or issues.

I brought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson to Auto Experts earlier this month for an oil change and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I called, Alex was incredibly helpful, honest, and straight to the point—no upselling or vague advice, just clear communication about what needed to be done and what it would cost. Their pricing is more than fair for the quality of service they provide, and the transparency is honestly what stood out to me the most. I never felt pressured or unsure—they explain everything clearly and give you a realistic breakdown of what to expect. I was also in a bit of a time crunch today and they managed to squeeze me in last minute for a pre-sale inspection, which I really appreciated since I’m getting ready to sell my car before heading back to school. Even though I won’t be returning with this vehicle, I’ll definitely be recommending Auto Experts Calgary to friends and family. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s so honest, efficient, and easy to work with.

For us, Auto Experts is now our No 1 for car repairs. Always very helpful and technically a 10/10. The team has always found the errors on my cars immediately and fixed them on the same day. The best place in Calgary to get your car/truck/van serviced. I manage a fleet of 23 vehicles which Auto experts have looked after for more than 15yrs. I make roughly 4 appointments a month with Auto experts. I have also referred many friends to Auto experts over the years, and they all still use Auto experts. So what is it that makes Auto experts so good? Well I trust them -its that simple. Time and time again they have given me countless examples of this. They tell me what needs to be done vs what we need to keep an eye on. They always call ahead and explain their findings. You don't get any surprises at time of payment. They always try their best to fit me in as soon as they can. All the staff are warm and friendly and easy to deal with. Oh and one other thing that should tell you all you need to know! Take a look at how many old school classic muscle cars go there for service work. The kind of cars people spend all their spare time and money on building/restoring and maintaining for summer car shows. People with those kinds of cars have Big trust issues with other people working on their cars. And they choose Auto Experts!

Probably the best auto fixing experience of my life. After speaking to Alex on the phone from Edmonton about a car that I had to leave in Calgary, he made me feel quite comfortable I could tell the shop had a level of expertise and willingness to work on the unconventional. Every shop in the city that I phoned was booking a good month out and auto experts was no exception. Alex mentioned he might be able to get it in earlier if there was a moment here or there, but I didn't expect much. They got the car in so quick, and diagnosed a difficult issue with ease. Most shops are intimidated by my vehicle as there aren't very many in Canada, and all the literature is in a different language. Alex's group got me back on the road in a couple of days when I thought it might take months and months. I can't tell you what I paid because I feel like I robbed auto experts. The bill was criminally low, that may or may not be your experience, but I know that they found the problem so quickly because they know their stuff. I am extremely grateful that this is the shop I chose to tow my car to when it broke down far away from my city with an unconventional issue. Big thanks to Alex and his team amazing work.
