Was traveling to Saskatchewan with an overnight stop in Camrose when the heater in my car started blowing cold air, which wasn't very fun in -40 with the wind chill. Was referred to Ed at Auto Base who went above and beyond to help when we thought we'd be stranded. He even had the neighboring Vet business open up his shop so that we could bring our car into the warmth, as he was away till early afternoon. He solved our problem for a very reasonable amount, and we had a safe, uneventful trip to our son's in Saskatchewan. So grateful for the help, as it was a blessing to find a Mercedes mechanic, and not have to return to Edmonton and pay dearly at the dealer's. Thanks so much, Ed!
