I had such a great experience today with my cleaning & check-up. My hygienist (Cherry) was very nice, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Li, the dentist, was also very kind and thorough. They both helped me understand my dental health better and educated me. The receptionist (Cassie), was very nice as well. Thank you! Very satisfied! (:

Scheduling and check-in were smooth, and everything was well organized, which made the whole visit stress-free. A special thank you to the dentist for being so patient, attentive, and thorough. The doctor took the time to explain each step clearly and used real-life examples to help my parents understand the treatment plan. That level of care and consideration truly touched them and made them feel respected and at ease. It’s rare to find a clinic that is both highly efficient and deeply caring. I had a severe molar toothache and visited Aurora North Dental Clinic, which is very close to my home. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The receptionists, Victoria and Eva, were extremely calm, kind, and helpful. Dr. Jae was amazing very gentle, patient, and reassuring. Since this was my first dental visit in Canada, I was quite scared, but he explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. They were also kind enough to give me a discount, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the entire team is professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I am so happy with their service and highly recommend Aurora North Dental Clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
