I’ve had a very painful experience at a dental clinic when I was a child, and because of that, I’ve always been truly afraid of going to the dentist. It’s a bit embarrassing to admit, but even now, dental visits are very scary for me. Today, I had a tooth extraction in preparation for an implant, and Dr. Lucy was incredibly kind and attentive. She checked with me many times to make sure I wasn’t in pain and added more anesthesia whenever needed, which helped me feel safe and cared for. What touched me the most was during the anesthesia injection, when the dental assistant held my hand firmly and reassuringly. That simple act meant so much to me and gave me great comfort in a very frightening moment. I am truly grateful for the compassion and care I received today. Thank you so much.

First impression matters. When we called the clinic, the person who answered did not mention the business name, which was confusing at first. When we asked to confirm whether this was the dental office, she responded very abruptly and almost yelled “YES.” We decided to hang up. If this is the first impression over the phone, it raises concerns about how gentle and considerate the care would be—especially for something as sensitive as dental cleaning and work inside a patient’s mouth.

Highly recommend visiting this dental clinic. I am Lucy Liu's patient. For adults, Lucy Liu showed her professionalism. For this review I would like to talk about children's dental care. I brought my five-year-old child to have his teeth checked and cleaned today. This is his first time cleaning his teeth. The doctor who cleaned the teeth was very patient, and the child didn't resist at all. Later, a checkup revealed that he had four cavities. The gap between the teeth of the deciduous teeth was large, and things got stuck, making it difficult to brush his teeth. The doctor carefully explained how to floss the child's teeth. When leaving, let the children pick out rewards in the "treasure" drawer. My child asked me, when to fill his teeth coz he is very much looking forward to his next dental appointment. I am very compliant whether I brush my teeth or floss at night, which is great. Going to the dentist once is more useful than talking to him every day and reading books about teeth.
