We hired Atlas to paint our 8 unit townhouse complex, and aside from the team being very nice we were left very disappointed. Their flyer advertised “high quality workmanship” “attention to detail” “completed in a timely manner” and I would argue they Were the opposite of all 3 points. Attention to detail- there was paint all over our hoses, patio concrete, and soffits. They missed painting every back of the trim.. not sure how that happens in all of the high visibility spots like outside windows and on corners. Splattered trim paint on freshly painted stucco had to be pointed out by homeowners and asked to be touched up multiple times. Everyone’s door handles and locks were splattered with paint (which Atlas did not clean up). There were lots of missed spots after the guys said they were all done on site. We put over 50 pieces of tape in general lower level areas to point out areas that were missed. Not timely. Project start date May 31, project still not complete by time home owner gone for vacation July 23. Final Touch ups completed Aug 2. We were told upon quote that the project would be 3 weeks. And they lost the key we provided them to our complex, so that makes our security feel breached. Overall the team was very nice, but aside from the quality of work being poor, communication was as an issue. Unfortunately we will not be recommending this company.

I had the pleasure of working with Atlas painting for a commercial project. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. All the qualities you want your expert to have so that you can trust them with the project. They also provide other services (other than paint) so you don’t have to work with several contractors if you have a reno project.

How this company drives on the road must reflect them as a business. Cut me off, which is ok cause I was going to get out of the lane anyway, then watched him continue to tailgate the guy in front of him with literally a meter in between them ON THE BRIDGE going 100! Not the best advertising technique.

You have an employee driving your work van going south on No. 4 road between Granville and Blundell who cut me off "dangerously". Cutting me off isn't a problem. The problem is he "flicked" me off after. Thank you so kindly. This happened just before 5pm today.

Right from our initial consultation up to the finished product, the entire experience was exceptional. For example, last night during our final walk around to review your work, my fellow Council members were very impressed with your willingness to go that "extra mile" and fulfil our wishes no matter how small they were. During the many years that I have been on the Strata Council, I have never had as much fun working with a Contractor. I believe I've mentioned to you that the work you and your staff have done has taken years off the appearance of our complex and has no doubt extended the life of our buildings.
