Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend this place at all. The girl helping me, Kassidy, was extremely rude and acted annoyed the entire time. It felt like she didn’t want to be there and had no interest in actually helping. On top of that, Doctor Mattu was very unprofessional and did not take my concerns seriously whatsoever. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience very frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected a much higher standard of care and customer service, but unfortunately this visit was the complete opposite. I will not be returning.

This is the only vet office I've seen that charges a 30% restock fee on any purchased pet food, whether opened or still sealed, whether you buy the wrong brand, or there is something wrong with the food... It doesn't matter. If you buy a bag, walk outside turn around and walk back in? 30% restock fee. Do they restock the food? Nope. It gets sent back to the distributor where the 30% fee originates from. I have returned closed/open/partially eaten bags of pet food to a multitude of other vet offices and never had an issue and was never charged a fee. So either these guys are the only vets ordering from a distributor that charges a restock fee.... Or they are the only ones that pass that fee onto their clients. Either way it's pretty lame. I learned my lesson, went somewhere else, got the correct food and now I will never worry about dealing with this place and their 30% fees again. The receptionist was fantastic, However, the doctor needs to brush up on his people skills.

We have had the pleasure of taking all of our animals to see Dr. Mattu at one time or another. He cares for all of our fur babies. He is a kind compassionate heartfelt human who genuinely cares for each and every fur baby he treats. We recently lost a treasured member of our family and he helped to ease the transition over the rainbow bridge for all of us. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Mattu. Our beloved Remi thanks you too.

I highly recommend Dr. Mattu . I was grief stricken when I brought my Cat George in to see him. George ate a toxic plant and was in some serious trouble. The Staff and Dr. Mattu were so compassionate and understanding towards Me and George. It was a Saturday, an emergency and we were seen as soon as we showed up to the Clinic. George was attended to immediately and is now home sleeping comfortably. I was actually quite surprised at how fair and honest the Vet bill was. More surprised was the fact that George does not like being around men, but Dr. Mattu literally had him purring on first touch. I cannot say enough good things about this place other than, do your Furbabies a huge favor and book with Dr. Mattu for the best possible Care possible. Thank you Atlas Animal Clinic ❤️

Thanksgiving this year really had an enduring meaning for my family and I. Our senior dachshund Sherlock had unfortunate incident that required immediate attention. Our pup had a large tumor on his chest that burst and Sherlock needed help and that much needed help came in the form of Dr. Mattu. We rushed out beloved pup to Dr. Mattu's office on Thanksgiving Day where it was learned that Sherlock needed emergency surgery and with a heavy heart filled with worry we left our pup in the hands of Dr. Mattu. As a family we were scared, we didn't want to lose our pup on this special day of Thanksgiving and with much relief the surgery was a success. We picked up our pup that afternoon and brought him home to love him dearly. Our family appreciates and respects Dr.Mattu, and highly recommends Atlas Veterinary services where the prices are fair and the care exceptional. Dr. Mattu thank you for saving our Sherlock we are forever grateful to you and your services offered. Many blessings to Dr. Mattu for his kindness and care throughout the years. Thank you Dr. Mattu.
