I booked a private sauna/cold plunge session on a whim while visiting Oliver for a ski trip and I was blown away by the experience! The space is private, cozy, clean and comfortable with relaxing music to block the sounds of the road. The sauna was spacious and the perfect temperature. The cold plunge tubs were clean and refreshing and included timers so you don't have to use your phone. The cold eucalyptus towels were refreshing and we even got a visit from two friendly cats! There is no shower so plan accordingly. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Oliver to make a stop!

I recently had the opportunity to experience a spa sauna and cold plunge, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I entered the spa, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, with soft lighting and relaxing music setting the tone for a serene experience. The sauna itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The heat was gentle yet effective, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful environment that allowed me to fully unwind. The soothing warmth helped ease muscle tension and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. After spending some time in the sauna, I made my way to the cold plunge pool. At first, the cold was a shock to the system, but the immediate rush of invigorating sensations was worth it. Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and healing spa experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking to relax, recharge, and reset both physically and mentally, I highly recommend incorporating a sauna and cold plunge session into your wellness routine. Thank you Sylvia and Dave!

I couldn’t be happier with my laser hair removal experience here! Sylvia is friendly, professional, and the clinic is spotless. After just a few sessions, I’m already seeing incredible results. The treatments are quick and nearly painless. Sylvia is so lovely and accommodating, she answers all my questions and is always helpful. I have had my nails, both fingers and toes done by Miss Sylvia. The ambience is always soft, and the music is lovely. She is always accommodating to my crazy schedule, which is the best. Today, she made my nails look so pretty, in the spirit of the holidays, just to be the kind person that she is. I feel more festive and grateful then when I had walked in. She’s a gem, and her energy is infectious. So many services that I cannot wait to try in the new year! Definitely a go to for me!
