I am very disappointed to have to leave a negative review, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience. I scheduled an appointment for "tomorrow late afternoon." I made a special trip to the store today at the agreed-upon time, only to find the stylist is not there. When I contacted her I learned she had a different day in mind. It's a shame that a simple miscommunication on her end led to me wasting a trip. I hope in the future, the business can improve its communication and respect its customers' time.

Was recommended this place from my wedding HMUA and I am so happy with my hair dyeing prior to my wedding! Anne and the other staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Anne's also very understanding and gives great service. The dye didn't come out as expected, so she offered to colour my hair again as desired without extra fees. Prices are affordable and fair. Will come here again in the future!

My son, my sisters, my mom, and I all love coming here! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they do an amazing job with all of us. Anne, our stylist, really listens to what we want and ensures we leave happy every time. She is incredibly professional and skilled at styling for all ages, making it the perfect salon for the whole family. We always look forward to our visits. Highly recommend!

Great service! My mom is a regular! My daughter just got her hair cut here to donate and the hairdresser wrapped it up nicely for us! Love my daughter's haircut as well!

One racist hair studio that I have experienced, I got a feeling that they don't want to serve other clients other than asians, they straight would say they are busy despite I could see the whole place is almost empty, they don't even say if they want you to wait or if you can get appointment after, they just said "busy and thank you" which implied kindly leave and we are not taking you! If you really like places where they treat you with respect for eho you are, never prefer this place!
