James and his team were superb throughout my flat roof replacement. When we had a sudden bout of heavy rain, a leak appeared and made us very nervous. I reached out to Astral Roofing & Building (James) who explained the issue. He was transparent about process, options and costs. He sent us a quote with two different options and did not push us into anything. His team came round the next morning to put a temporary cover on to prevent more water coming in until his team were available to undertake work. Within a week our roof was complete, this was amazing considering the weather forecast. Filip and his team arrived and did not stop they worked long hours to ensure the job was finished to a great standard, this included the final day leaving at 18:05 on a Saturday (Valentine’s Day). Throughout the work filip was taking pictures of progress which were relayed to James then quickly forwarded to us along with a phone call explaining what had been done and what was next to do. No payment was required until all work was complete and when we were happy, which put us at ease. The team took rubbish away and after every day left things how they found them. I would happily recommend James and his team to anyone with any roofing issues.

We had an excellent service from James and his team, replacing the flat roof across our property. All the workmen worked throughout the day, were courteous at all times and cleared the materials away daily leaving the property clean and tidy. I was given updates by James verbally and with pictures throughout the work. I decided to also replace the garage roof and this was completed to the same standard as the house flat roof. We have not had any issues with any of the work. Many thanks to James and his team, I am happy to recommend Astral Roofing to anyone needing a quality and reliable job.

The Astral team were fantastic. We had two flat roofs which were badly done with GRP previously and we had leaks around two skylights. After several quotes we went with the Astral guys who were competitive and did an excellent job. Their team were always here on time and were incredibly efficient, courteous and helpful. Their attention to detail was impressive and they were honest and clear about what needed to be fixed. Even after recent monsoon rain our roof the run off is perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and high quality work. James was extremely professional and a very good communicator, with continuous updates, photos and calls. His team were very hardworking and did an absolutely fantastic job. In short notice they built our new roof, facia boards and gutters and we are very happy with the finished job. Would highly recommend them.
