⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A lifesaver on Christmas Eve! Highly recommended. It was Christmas Eve, late in the evening, and everything in Grande Prairie was shut down tight. My son had just finished a long day and bought groceries and treats for Christmas — only to realize he had lost his apartment keys. He managed to get into his building, but couldn’t get into his own apartment, and the building wasn’t able to help at all. He was stuck with groceries that needed to be refrigerated and nowhere to go. We called AssureLock’s 24-hour emergency line, and even though it was Christmas Eve, they answered right away. Within about an hour (maybe less), they were on-site and got him safely into his apartment. To say we were relieved is an understatement. AssureLock absolutely saved Christmas for him — and for us. Great service! I was especially blessed my Matt who was an Angel in Human form! He helped get the door open in the freezing weather and offered to pick up and drop my family home from nearby where they kept warm!

Fantastic customer service. I desperately needed into my fire safe and didn't have time to dig for my lost (but somewhere in the house) keys. They had me in and out of the office in 2 min. Beyond happy with the service! Thank you
