Called them to clean my apartment unit carpet and they were on time, did an amazing job and the carpet looks sparkling clean now and well vacuumed at an affordable rate I would highly recommend their services and the customer service is empathetic

Do Not Hire This Company Aspro Cleaning was hired for a move-out clean at my condo, as arranged by the seller’s realtor. They arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes late, equipped with only a small bag of cleaning rags, harsh unknown/unmarked chemicals, and a small vacuum. Despite given clear instructions, they failed to complete basic tasks. Only two workers were present from 10:45 AM to 3:38 PM, place was left in worse condition yet we were billed $630. During phone conversations, the company repeatedly provided conflicting information and lied to both us and the realtor. Harsh chemicals were spilled on my hardwood floors, damaging the finish. The mopping process left the floors sticky and further stripped the finish. Their equipment was dragged across the floor, causing visible scratches. Post-clean, the unit was in worse condition than before—floors dirty, appliances etched with chemical stains, and residue left on counters. Appliances were damaged—chemicals etched visible fingerprints into stainless steel surfaces. The oven was left with caked-on cleaner, the stove was still dirty, white chalky residue left on counter tops, cupboards untouched, and baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and mirrors were not cleaned. Ink left stained into grout, and instead of vacuuming carpets as instructed, they poured water on them without properly extracting it - completely inappropriate for a non-carpet cleaning service, Failed to notify of stagnate drenched carpet. When I raised concerns in person, they deflected blame and abruptly left. Follow-up communication was extremely difficult, and they refused to provide a list of cleaning products used—information necessary for professional assessment and repair of the floor. Three separate companies have confirmed the hardwood finish is irreparably damaged and will require full replacement. DO NOT HIRE!!!! EXTREMELY HARSH CHEMICALS!!! RUINED HARDWOOD!!!! DIDN’T CLEAN!!! UNWILLING TO RECTIFY!!! LEFT IN WORSE CONDITION THAN PRIOR!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!! Despite multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, Aspro Cleaning has shown no willingness to take responsibility. I strongly advise against hiring this company.
