Sevim was incredible. I came in after a colour service elsewhere left my highlights looking uneven and noticeably green/grey in certain lighting, and I was genuinely stressed about it. Sevim took the time to assess what was happening, explained the options clearly, and focused on correcting it in a way that protected my hair. By the end of the appointment, the tone was significantly more neutral and wearable, and I finally felt like myself again. Terrible experience. For the first time in my life, I didn’t leave a tip. That alone should say a lot. A haircut for a 6 year old boy somehow turned into a nearly one-hour adventure. I assume this was a training session, though no one thought to mention that in advance. If amateur stylists are part of the experience, a heads-up would be appreciated. Watching the stylist struggle to brush hair off my son’s neck was… impressive. Even more impressive was skipping the final wipe altogether. Apparently, letting a child leave itchy is part of the service. Lesson learned. One star.

It was my first time getting my hair colored, and it turned out to be the best experience. Jill was incredibly careful, gentle, and paid attention to every detail. I absolutely love how my hair looks. I even traveled two hours to get there, but it was completely worth it. The result was better than I expected. Jill, you truly deserve all the praise.
