5 Stars - The Best Salon in Vernon! I can't say enough good things about Ash and Oaks! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. The salon itself is beautifully designed, creating a space that feels both relaxing and inspiring. The team of young women working here are not only incredibly talented stylists, but also genuine, kind, and stunning inside and out. Every visit feels like spending time with friends who also happen to be masters at what they do. A special shoutout to Brittany Powell, who runs this place with such grace and professionalism. She's built something truly special at the Alpine Centre — a salon that consistently delivers exceptional service, creativity, and style. I'm always so impressed with my hair color and cut - these ladies just get it right every single time. Ash and Oaks is hands down the best hair salon in Vernon. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!

I saw Britney Powell for a women's haircut. I have long thick curly hair that was in desperate need of TLC. The salon is clean, welcoming, comfortable, and very cute. Britney listened to my hair concerns/struggles and my desires/needs for my hair and was a great stylist. She was sweet, kind and professional. I loved the experience and my haircut, 100% highly recommend.

Sat with Sabrina yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the results. She was realistic about what was possible without compromising the integrity of my hair and addressed any concerns I had in full. Great cut and color experience! 10/10 recommend.

Michelle is AMAZING. I’m not from the area and needed my hair and my bridesmaids hair done for my wedding. We didn’t get to do a trial and I never got to meet her before hand. Needless to say I was very nervous. To my luck she absolutely nailed it! Her energy is amazing. She was great to hang out with and get ready with. Even better yet she can do hair!! 10/10 would recommend.
