My mom and I went to Arxx studio a few months ago and left very unsatisfied, not only did we not get what we wanted but we were also treated very rudely and the stylists downplayed our complaints when we said we didn’t like what we got, my mom’s hair was cut more than she wanted. As for me my ear piercings were pulled while the stylist was brushing my hair way too many times, I left with uneven highlights that looked like I had left without getting any color as it lasted barely a week even without adding heat to my hair, I could not have my bangs out because they looked horrible and overall my hair was super uneven. The point of this visit was to pamper myself right before I had a baby but that experience was pretty ruined right away.

She’s amazing at what she does. Cuts/style changes- amazing. Blonde services? Incredible. (Her foils are meticulous and the transition/grow out couldn’t look more seamless) Colour changes? Always exceeding expectations and bringing your hair goals to life. Reference photos are helpful. Her colour and product recommendations are always great and tailored to your specific hair type and style preferences. Miranda is skilled in her trade, consultations are thorough and detail oriented so you’re on the same page BEFORE she touches your hair. She never cuts off more length than you want. You can trust that your hair will look and feel better when you leave than it did when you came into the salon!

I have impossible hair it seems at times. I’m a natural medium brunette but have been getting blonde (either all over or foils) my entire adult life. It’s thick, and wavy and it’s a chore to do. It’s hard for me to find a stylist that will tackle it honestly because it’s very time consuming. The girls here are super nice, patient, and truly listen to what you need but will offer professional advice and maintain the integrity of your hair. Will 100% be going back! Eden is my stylist & she went above and beyond.
