I had a couple of minor plumbing issues recently. I called Roto rooter/ Arts Plumbing and the reception was excellent. The plumber (Colton)arrived on the agreed date and promptly did necessary repairs. Very polite, professional and respectful of the property. I have used this service on occasion for many years and service has always been first rate.

I called Art's when the main pipe into my irrigation system was leaking. I had called one or two other local plumbers, but a builder friend has recommended Art's. The truck arrived on time, the plumber was professional, explained what he needed to do, and got the job done. The hourly rate was also less than other quotes. Once the pipe was in place, he explained that it still needed to cure, but as I had turned the water main off, I could turn it back on and he wouldn't need to charge me for sitting in his truck. Appreciate the straightforward, professional interaction and would use Art's again.

Our 3 years old sewer ejector system shut down - we were without plumbing the entire weekend as I could not find anyone to come out. .I did call RotoRooter but all they did was ask for my credit card number- tell me they'd send someone out on Saturday to "look" but that they couldn't do anything until Monday anyways. This would have been an overtime minimum fee of $200 for basically nothing. I frantically tried finding someone different on Monday. Finally Art's Plumbing was recommended. The receptions, Tracey was very supportive- sending a plumber within two hours. He got the pumps running temporarily- and two days later Art's sent their second plumber, to fix the system. It was up and running that day! Tracey kept me in the loop the entire time- the plumbers were great and very skilled. If anyone ever has an emergency call Arts!!

Needed a pressure valve replaced in the utility room of my house. Tracy in the office was VERY helpful in getting this scheduled. Sean came out and did the work, and even installed a plate so that no drywalling needed to be done. It was a pleasure doing business with this company who made you feel like your business was important to them, not like they were doing you a favour!

After two failed attempts to successfully obtain the services of a professional plumber from two different companies, I was very fortunate to receive a glowing recommendation for "Art's Plumbing & Heating". The office receptionist was affable, polite and prompt with booking the appointment, and the service I received from the tradesman who attended to my repair installation, was positively exemplary. I am very satisfied with the high level of customer service I received from this company. They provided prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional service, with a very pleasant demeanor. Five star rating from this satisfied repeat customer!! ***** I have no hesitation in recommending "Art's" to anyone.
