Wow! Rocky, the stylist I saw, was really great! He took one look at my hair and got to work right away. I was given hand sanitizer right away, and before entering I saw Rocky physically wiping down the entire area where I would be sitting and being around. He was great at conversation, and he has a flair to how he cuts and shapes hair. I really enjoyed my appointment with him, and I think the prices are super reasonable, considering the time and effort he took to take care of my hair. Only 1 or 2 people will ever be inside (not including Rocky). You can wear a mask for the entire cut. The venue looked wheelchair accessible, and there is a little dog that likes to say hello to you then disappears to the back. Overall, great experience! I found this studio by random luck when I am here on vacation. Rocky is talented! We briefly exchanged a few sentences about what I want my hair to look like. Rocky figured out his way to cut the hair with his artist instincts. It's perfect. I walked out of the studio so happy and satisfied. It does not happen very often that your hairstylist just gets what makes you look best based on one's individual personality. Highly recommended! They take COVID-19 protocol seriously. One client at a time. I feel safe there.

I would 100% recommend. There was a slight mix up initially with the colour of my hair and Rocky, the manager, was incredibly helpful, understanding, and forthcoming about correcting the colour. I left the salon today with an amazing colour and that was thanks to Rocky and the stylist going above and beyond to ensure it would turn out as it did. All the stylists here are very talented and friendly and I would definitely come back! The main reason I'm writing this review though is to review the manager, I can't express enough that he is GREAT and incredibly accommodating. Thanks again!

Since I moved to Victoria in 2007 I have been looking for a good hairdresser that understands what I want and gives me advise what looks good on me. I saw Rocky on Saturday and it has been the first time that I walked out of a salon completely happy and satisfied. The colour and the cut are just perfect. I also loved that while I was waiting with my foils in my hair, he was constantly checking on my colour to make sure it is right. He gave me his full attention and when other clients walked in he gave them amazing advice on products and style. He also makes sure your tea is always hot and that you feel comfortable. Rocky, I love you passion and care. You rocked it! I'll definitely be back :)

Amazing experience here! I walked in with dead, uneven coloured hair and walked out looking great! Rocky is fantastic, wouldn't let me rush through decisions and made sure I left happy. He also gave us some local knowledge as we're from out of town. Stella the puppy was a great surprise as well. The atmosphere is great, very cozy. I would recommend anyone in Victoria to go here and get their hair done! You'll leave feeling like a million bucks.
