Andrea was awesome and super nice! She made feel so comfortable and took care of me so well. Excellent customer service. My sister actually recommended me this salon where she did her hair. Glad that I found it 😍 I called the store 30 mins prior to let them that I was going to be late, they were very accommodating and pushed back my appointment at a later time. When I got there, they seem pretty busy so I waited for a few mins but it wasn’t a problem at all. Everyone was nice and gave clear directions. Very welcoming. Overall, I love my new hair along with my curtain bangs 😊 Thank you!!

I have been going to Maegen Vis (@hairbymaegen) for the last 10 years. I trust her so much that I asked her to cut my long hair into a lob just two weeks before my wedding. No regrets! It looked FANTASTIC (plus she styled my hair for the wedding, so it looked double good). And she’s the only one I trust to colour my hair. If you want balayage, go to Maegen! She knows how to do balayage on my thick/dark hair without it looking like streaky highlights. In summary: 5 stars is not enough to rate how great Maegen is!

Carolena was the best hair stylist I have ever gone to see! She understood my needs, wants, and expectations and worked with me to find a hair solution that wouldn't damage my hair beyond repair but would also achieve my blonde dreams. I came in for a major colour correction and Carolena was patient, speedy, and positive throughout the entire appointment (8 hours). I don't know many stylists or people who would tolerate 8 hours working with my insanely thick hair in one go, but Carolena understood my crazy work schedule and booked me on her day off just so that I could save myself multiple trips to the salon. Thank you Carolena!

Finding the perfect hair stylist who is not only talented, but also knows your exactly style/coloring need when you move to a new city can be quite difficult and ambitious; recommended by my theater makeup/hair professor, Kalli W. from Artel Cambie has rescued my dying and dull hair countless times ever since I've become a client over a year ago. And with all that is happening right now, Artel is taking reasonable precautions and has made sure I was comfortable during my appointments with their updated policies. Amazing experience! I was initially hesitant trying a new hairdresser since my usual hair colourist was unavailable. But Artel Salon delivered beyond expectations! From the first communications with Eliza, I was comfortable. I wanted to get blue hair for a very special trip, and knew it would be a challenging colour to achieve. Allie did a phenomenal job and I am thrilled with the vivid hues and dimension. The staff are incredibly friendly. I look forward to coming back when I’m ready for the next colour.
