I called to ask if they dealt with pet snakes and reptiles, and the person on the phone just laughed with a loud "HA" before saying they don't. I get that having a pet snake is uncommon and not every vet is trained in them, that's why I was calling to inquire. I don't know why that something I should be laughed at for asking, she needs help too. Called elsewhere and they at least were helpful enough to tell me where I could try instead. This guy just said "no we don't, bye"

Wonderful clinic! We switched from another clinic and are so happy we did. Everyone there is so amazing and so helpful Everytime we need something. Our old clinic felt like they were always trying to sell us things. Here, we haven't had that experience at all.

The staff at this veterinary clinic are so personable and wonderful. We previously took our cat Lucky here and always had amazing care, and we still get the same care for our 2 current cats Kermit and Salem, and they adore our cats, and we appreciate the service. They are patient, explain everything, answer any questions, have always been willing to take a phone call if we have any concerns, and always call to check in to see how the cats are doing after appointments. Highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone with pets!

Arlington Animal Hospital has provided exemplary care for our cat. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to get to know us. When they discovered our cat had a tumor, there was no pressuring to "upsell" us into expensive treatments. They listened to our goals and expectations and worked with us to help our cat live as comfortably as possible for almost a year after his diagnosis. The staff would call us periodically just to see how he was doing and make sure his treatments were working. When it was his time, they helped him, and us, say goodbye in a way that brought us all peace. This clinic is a great place to trust with your cherished pet!

Fantastic vet, they're always very kind, thorough on treatment and personally remember my cat and her details (not just what's on file). They put things into terms I can understand and don't overwhelm you with medical lingo. Their prices seem competitive and break down the details of every fee they charge so you understand what you're paying for.
