I’ve been going to Arka Physio in Surrey for a WCB injury, and they’ve honestly made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. Dealing with WCB can be overwhelming, but the team at Arka is organized, supportive, and really knows how to handle everything properly. The physiotherapist Rajyalaxmi is incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and most importantly makes me feel like my injury is being taken seriously — which means a lot to me. I never feel rushed or brushed off. I've also had great experiences with the receptionists whom have also been caring in person and over the phone. I’m really grateful for the care I’ve received so far and would highly recommend Arka Physio to anyone, especially if you’re dealing with a work-related injury.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Arka Physiotherapy. The physiotherapist Rajyalaxmi was exceptional in addressing my shoulder and lower back pain. They tailored the treatment to my specific needs, which has significantly aided my recovery. Additionally, the front staff were very professional and helpful, making the entire process smooth from booking my appointment to checking out. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking effective pain relief.

Writing this review after my third visit. I’ve been suffering with neck and shoulder pain caused by a C5–C6 disc bulge for about a year. After visiting Arka Physiotherapy Center, Dr. Rajyalaxmi took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, create a personalized treatment plan, and recommend specific exercises that have genuinely helped me become pain-free. The clinic staff is also very kind and extremely flexible with appointment schedules, which made the entire experience even better. I’m truly grateful for their care and highly recommend this clinic to anyone facing similar issues.

I visited the clinic for a frozen shoulder caused by a workplace injury. Dr. Rajyalaxmi conducted a thorough initial assessment and clearly explained the treatment options. I have had a Physiotherapy and Massage therapy session at this clinic and received exceptional service in both areas. My work involves sitting and working on a computer through out the day and have been experiencing stiffness and pain in the lower back area, took advantage of my extended health benefits coverage to get a massage for the lower back and it greatly benefitted my back muscles. Massage therapist was knowledgeable, experienced, respectful and polite. He also recommended couple of lower and upper back exercises that I can do at home to help relieve the pain and fatigue in my back muscles. A few days back unexpectedly my neck got sprained, it gave me a terrible shooting pain for two days , even small movements involving my head and hands troubled me a great deal. I called the clinic to book an appointment for a physiotherapy session as the pain was becoming unbearable and I needed help, Ms.Rajyalakshmi, who is the Physiotherapist at the clinic was able to schedule me in for a session on the same day. She was able to identify the pain source in my neck and worked on it in the session with hot packs and therapy. I started feeling better in a couple of hours. The Physiotherapist provided an exceptional service, she is knowledgeable, kind and respectful.
