After taking my vehicle into the shop, the owner assured me that he would be able to get parts for it and would get back to me the next day with a plan. A week later he still hadn’t called back, he would not respond to my messages and does not answer my calls. I had a free week where I could have taken my car to another shop, instead I waited for him to get back to me and had ruined my schedule. He still has made zero effort to contact me and it’s been 2 weeks. Terrible service. If you can’t or won’t work on a car, don’t say you will and then ghost your customers afterwards. If you have other options, go anywhere else but here.

I was recommended this shop by a friend and these guys know what they are doing. I imported a JDM 2003 Toyota bB and had my work and inspection done by them. I honestly do not trust anyone else with my car. Any work I need including oil changes etc, I come here. Honest work at a fair price with excellent communication. Do not hesitate to come here.

They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, without using confusing jargon. The service itself was top-notch. They diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, and their turnaround time was much faster than I expected. I was really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that went into the repairs. My car has been running perfectly ever since, and I feel confident knowing it was in such capable hands. One thing that stood out about Aria Auto Service is their honesty. This shop is completely fine if you don't care about how much you pay for auto services as they will upcharge 3x the regular price of most mechanic shops. My experience here felt like I was completely scammed. I brought in my vehicle for an engine issue, Billy charged me a couple hundred to look it over and then told me that the estimated fix would cost 6-8k. He listed about 5-10 things that needed to be completely changed, which I found to be weird as my mechanic friend did not agree with the assessment. At this point, I decided to bring my vehicle to another mechanic shop where I was quoted around 2k and explained in detail the 4 things that were issues in the engine. I had the work completed at the other shop and my vehicle has been running perfectly fine for almost a year now. In conclusion, if you don't care about being overcharged and having things that run fine completely changed, then this shop would be fine. If you are looking for a honest and reasonable mechanic, do not come to this place.

Awful shop. They are scammers, I went to buy a set of wheels and they said they are like new. When I got there the tires were worn out ant the rims were completely scratched. They told me that it is normal. My lord just try to avoid this place. Can you imagine letting them work on your car?
