I recently hired Arcwest Electric to perform a 100 to 200 amp service/panel upgrade for my house which involved moving the electrical panel location. Working with Andrew and his crew was great. Andrew was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, provide a proposal, and answer all my questions. I was impressed with the speed at which the whole process moved along. Andrew’s communication and organization was excellent at every step including permitting, hydro coordination, and the actual install work. Andrew’s on-site crew were always on time, efficient, and professional. I really appreciated that they took the time to walk me through their plan, thoroughly explain the process, and answer any questions I had.
