I did a 2 week trial here whilst my current gym is undergoing upgrades. It’s very been lifting weights seriously for over 25 years. I’ve also trained and coaches in the industry Great atmosphere, professional and friendly staff, clean facility and assortment of equipment. Ideal for powerlifters or anyone that wants to attain most fitness goals. When my contract at my current gym runs out; I’m very likely to come back!!

Stellar powerlifting gym. It has everything you need - new calibrated equipment, new racks, cables, machines, dumbbells, and cardio. Well maintained, looks great, and clean. I’ve been to many powerlifting gyms across western Canada and this ranks among the best.

One of the best if not the best gyms I have been to in terms of excellent equipment and atmosphere. Staff are well versed and accommodating to ensure members feel comfortable to workout and communicate with other members and owners! Have excellent coaches to learn from as well. Highly recommend!

Arctic Strength has become a second home for me. I am always greeted each day by name with a smile, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in this Gym is very hard to come by. Not only the owners but members are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help or chat. Some of the best powerlifting equipment I've seen around in a long time. But they also provide alot of great machines and other tools for everyday lifters. Clean and well maintained machines. 24hr access and very affordable. Absolutely love coming in and having a good workout knowing how chill and positive of an environment it is!

I’ve tried pretty much every gym in the city, and nothing compares to Arctic. After experiencing body shaming at another Locally owned gym, Arctic reached out to me with open arms and from that moment on, I knew I’d found my place. The owners are seriously amazing and have built such an inclusive, welcoming, and non judgmental space. The vibe is unreal. The all black aesthetic gives you insane lighting for your pumps, and the energy in the gym just hits different. The owners and people who workout at Arctic make you feel at home the second you walk through the doors. You’re not just a number here they genuinely care about everyone who trains at Arctic. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or deep into your grind, you’re welcomed, respected, and supported.
