I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Booking was quick and easy, and the plumber arrived right on time. Mitch was incredibly kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable right away. The problem was fixed quickly, and he took the time to clean up and leave everything spotless. After some disappointing experiences with other companies, this was such a relief. I truly appreciate the great service and would happily recommend this company to anyone.

We are having ventilation and heating replaced in our shop. They disconnected our heaters a month ago. No word on when they are going to hook it up. Why start a job if you cant finish it. So we will have no heat this winter. THANKS. Id think twice before hiring this contractor. Unless you have plenty of time to wait.

So happy with our servicing with Archie Johnstone. Mitch was quick to respond to our call and very friendly. He explained everything that was needed and showed us where the issue was. We had Ian come to handle an unusual situation with a special cooling unit. He was very friendly and professional and worked efficiently with the materials and replacement equipment provided. I would highly recommend their services and have referred their name to the company who provided the unit as a local referral if needed.
