Arc Dental is the best dental office my family has been to! We had a very poor experience at our old dental office so I am very grateful we found Arc Dental and made the switch. Dr.B is wonderful! She is so kind, caring, understanding and gentle. Her receptionists and staff are also very kind, helpful and welcoming! Highly recommend this office!!

My previous dental experience at Coquitlam centre dental was embarrassing, horrendous and unprofessional. I was in search of a new dentist when a friend recommend me to Dr. Baharloo at ARC Dental group. I was nervous going to see a dentist since my last experience but the minute I walked into the clinic I know this was going to be a positive experience. The receptionist staff Emily and Amy are very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is comforting and made me feel relaxed. The front staff knew I was nervous and I shared my past experience with them. They where shocked by my story and promised me I was in good hands. When I was filling out the new patient form the front desk staff Emily was very helpful. Once the dental assistant called me into the back she was also super friendly and sweet. I immediately felt welcomed. When I saw the dental chair I was pleasantly surprised because they had their computer in front of you for you to view. I have never had a dentist show and explain to me my x-Ray photos and go though it with me. This was the most educational experience I have ever had at a dentist clinic. Dr. Baharloo went over with me, one by one each teeth and explained to me everything! She was very honest, respectful, kind and trusting! I have never felt this safe and welcomed at a dentist in my whole life. Dr Baharloo and staff care deeply about their patients and it shows through the amazing hard and care work they put in the details.

As a person who hates dentists-- this whole office makes you feel like part of the family! The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The dental care for each patient is considered important and individual needs are thoughtfully implemented. Dr. Baharloo is genuinely friendly as if I was a neighbor and make me feel totally comfortable and relaxed..My hygienist is awesome, too! Service and treatment received are always of the highest standard. Love this place!

I am not a costumer at Arc Dental but I experienced the high professionalism through my boyfriends appointments that I attended. Despite him being anxious and sometimes stubborn about the needles, Dr.Baharloo and her assistant continued to stay calm and patient and provided their excellent services by giving him time to breathe, giving great advice and relating to him to make him feel more comfortable. Would recommend this dentist to a peer. Excellent service!!

Very pleasant indeed! Dr. Baharloo is a great doctor who listens to the patients and takes care of them with great attention.She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found her to be very professional and truly caring. Also she is very caring and understanding towards children. My daughter was very scared of dentists to begin with. But she took the time to talk to her through the procedures and calm her down. Now it has been five years that she is my daughter's favorite doctor. Great environment excellent customer service. Thank you Dr. Baharhoo for your smile and the positive attitude!
