This review is for anyone considering this dental office — please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. My experience here was extremely concerning. The office felt poorly run, disorganized, unprofessional, and profit-driven rather than about providing quality patient care. I was overdiagnosed, overbilled, and did not feel I received proper or ethical care. The management could care less, so don’t bother. As other reviews mention, there is a heavy focus on production numbers and pushing Invisalign instead of addressing actual dental health needs. I felt rushed, unheard, and honestly taken advantage of. The staff are confused, and there are constantly new faces at the office, which made it appear as though the turnover was extremely high. You likely will never see the same dentist or hygienist twice, how is that for stability or consistency?! That alone is a major red flag and explains a lot about my experience. I will never return and strongly recommend choosing a different dental office. Edit: Watch your wallet and receipts carefully!!

As someone new to the area, I booked a new patient exam and cleaning and had a great experience from the start. The office is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. I’m generally pretty anxious about dental visits (mostly fear of judgment), but Neha gave me the gentlest cleaning I’ve ever had. At my second appointment, today, for fillings, Bruna and Dr. Ida were a dream team. They made it look effortless and the whole process was surprisingly comfortable. I finally feel confident enough to go ahead with my wisdom teeth extraction because I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Ida.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office and staff. Dr. Daniel is a kind and compassionate dentist who provides comprehensive care while providing excellent results. Staff check in on their clients and are extremely communicative. It’s always easy to make or modify appointments. I’m really glad I chose this dental office after leaving my last one where I had a terrible experience.

Arbutus Dental Clinic truly felt like home. The entire team was kind, transparent, and highly professional. They took the time to really listen, addressed every concern, and clearly explained the next steps. Their thorough, well-equipped approach gave me a lot of confidence. I had an exceptional experience at Arbutus today! Kelly, who did my dental cleaning, was absolutely amazing. She was not only thorough but also incredibly gentle, explaining everything she was doing along the way. It's clear she truly cares about her patients' comfort and oral health. The whole staff at this office is professional and welcoming. I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for top-notch dental care!
