Applied Roofing supported our apartment building’s strata roof replacement project and was excellent throughout. Stefan is extremely knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and makes complex technical details easy to understand. His guidance helped the council and owners make confident decisions, and we would absolutely recommend him. We are also looking at future projects under his expertise.

Stefan is the best! I really appreciated his professionalism, expertise and advice in helping me navigate a dispute with a roofing company that had just installed a new roof with deficiencies on my house. I don't know how I would have gotten through this stressful ordeal without his incredible knowledge and support! I don't often write reviews, but I wanted others to know about my incredibly positive experience working with Stefan at Applied Roofing. He helped us deal with a builder to fix a number of issues with our residential roof. He was always very direct and honest in his communications with us and he followed up with the builder to make sure that all of the repairs were done completely and properly. We feel very grateful to have had his support throughout this process. If you need a roofing inspector, Stefan is by far the most professional, honest, and diligent guy out there! Thanks again for all your help!

I highly recommend Applied Roofing Science. I needed an inspection at short notice and luckily Stefan accepted the job without hesitance. He arrived on time and came prepared. We were pleasantly surprised with how thorough a job Stefan did inspecting the roof, further demonstrating his commitment and expertise in the field. The final inspection report was detailed, informative and contained an extensive list of photos. Most importantly it was easy to understand as a homeowner and even so, Stefan made himself available after the report for any further questions. Overall, I would highly recommend Stefan. It’s not very often you come across someone with so much pride and passion in the work they do.
