Conrad is simply the best around. We met in the unfortunate circumstance of an insurance claim and he has installed and serviced all of my residential natural gas systems (furnace, hot water tank, fireplace) since then and going on 6+ years now. Conrad did and excellent job on my 40 x 50 shop . He in stalled hydronic heating on the entire 2000sq/ft. After over a year my shop has been wonderful during the cold months .. The Navien boiler runs realy well , and is extremely efficient. I would Highly recommend Conrad, he did an excellent job for me !

Conrad from Apex Site Services was the only electrician who was able to correct a problem we had with a commercial stove. He persevered over several hours until he got the problem sorted out. He has been very forthcoming about any issues and the cost, and explains in lay person terms what needs to be done. As a charity that provides community based support services in a small rural community, we consider Conrad to be not only a guy who can repair almost anything, but a friend who looks after our maintenance needs.

The heater in my shop stopped working so i called Apex , and im sure glad i did. The technician they sent informed me that my current heater was essentially a safety hazard that also had a gas leak . Not many companies would go above and beyond to get my new heater installed in such a short period of time in the middle of winter but Apex did an amazing job at a great price, and with a follow up from the technician on how my heater was working it gave me the utmost confidence that i will be using Apex for all my future projects
