We have a really difficult cat (farm cat by nature), who has had 3 incidents of urinary distress. 2 of those times, we took him to Dr. Rana and the Apex team. Both times, coincidentally, were around Christmas time and Dr. Rana took the time to see him and treat him. Because it was over the holidays, I sent a gift card out of appreciation for his extra care and hours over the holidays. He very humbly returned the gift card with a note that he does this for the love of animals. Not only did Dr. Rana and the team treat our ornery cat with incredible compassion and professionalism, they did so at a fraction of the cost the ER was going to charge us. We are so thankful to Dr. Rana, Anni, Dr. Chatrath, Staphanie, Yestin and the team for their care and expertise in a challenging situation.

Dr. Rana is second to none. He genuinely cares even though he tries not to show it, and has unmatched experience. He has save my cats life and saved me thousands of dollars. I trust all his recommendations, he has never been wrong. The clinic is well equipped for emergency and expedited services.

We have had Dr. Rana care for all of our animals for about 23 years. He’s a smart, honest doctor and really cares about the animals. He’s very reasonable when it comes to what is required and doesn’t push for unnecessary tests. He’s helped us out a few times over the years when we’ve needed it which we’ve appreciated so much.

I absolutely trust Dr Rana! My very first experience with him and his team was when my dog needed surgery for a broken leg. His work is par non but mostly how compassionate they are with my dog. The day after her surgery he personally called to ask how she was doing. Her leg is healing nicely. Then I had a cyst removed on her neck and again she’s healing beautifully. When I take my girl back for her checkups; she’s not fearful at all and walks into the office so easily. That in itself makes me a loyal customer.

Our cat Willow, suddenly went from happy and energetic to suddenly very lethargic, vomiting with a disassociated stare. Apex Animal Hospital made time to see him immediately, without any emergency up-charges. Dr. Rana was incredibly compassionate and very thorough in his examination and found an obstruction in his small intestine. He made time to do the surgery within the hour and even took our boy to HIS PERSONAL HOME to monitor him over the New Years day holiday. The next day, Dr. Rana texted us a picture of our baby and told us he would be able to come home earlier than expected. ❤️ What surprised us was he adjusted our final bill to reflect less hospital time. Another emergency vet pushed HEAVILY on services that were beyond our financial means. It would've exceeded 5K. Dr. Rana charged a 3rd of this to do the exam, tests, surgery, aftercare food, antibiotics and follow-up appointment. Day after surgery and our ragdoll is purring up a storm and back to his usual self. Its incredible to think we almost lost him just a few days ago. I cant thank Dr. Rana and the staff at Apex Animal Hospital enough for their love and compassion for our Willow bear. We are forever grateful 🙏
