We hired Sammy to remove one of the leaky hot water tanks (electric) in our apartment building. It was a bit of a tight space but he did well. We were a bit nervous as this was our first time working with him since our previous installer was unwell and could not take on the job. Sammy is a trustworthy person who came with an additional employee to complete the job. His rate was reasonable considering there were two men to complete the work. First, he drained the existing tank and brought it back to Home Depot for us (as it was under warranty). Then, he picked up the new tank and brought it to our property. He installed it quickly, within 30 minutes. He was nice to work with as all pricing was upfront and his communication is straightforward. He always answered when I called and guaranteed his work. He promised us if it doesn’t work to call him and he will return to fix it for free which I liked. He also wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and work in small spaces. I had a good experience with Sammy and would recommend him to others as he was honest and did good work. The pricing is also very reasonable.
