Ana is absolutely amazing, both in skill and personality. She cares about your hair’s health and makes every visit better than the last. I’ve been her client for three years, and she’s done my hair smoothing treatments every time. My curly hair becomes silky, smooth, and as healthy as possible. I’ve tried other salons in Kelowna, and I can confidently say that Ana is the best when it comes to keratin, her work is incredibly precise. She even trimmed my hair for free after the keratin treatment, which is very rare at other salons and really shows how much she cares about her clients. I also tried her dried ritual spa treatment, it was deeply relaxing and left my scalp feeling clean and weightless. I always enjoy spending hours there chatting with her; the atmosphere is warm, lively, and welcoming every time

Had a dry scalp (express service) and it was phenomenal. Will definitely be booking the full scalp ritual. She has amazing scalp / haircare experience. Blow outs are unreal!
