The AOS Plumbing team has been contracted numerous times by Excel restoration to address our water damage accidents & repair them. Our file with AOS documents a previous plumbing company that cost us money, time, & quality of life in our home. AOS Plumbing repaired that company’s work & returned again on another house insurance water damage claim call for a deteriorated O ring. Our community needs reputable businesses like AOS Plumbing and to know other satisfied customers of AOS services. The fatigue is real with Plumbing company horror stories when you have your own. AOS plumbing services isn't just a random plumbing company. They see you for more than just a dollar to be made. They see the little family that needs help and real workers. When we were being taken advantage of by another company and needed a new crew last minute, that's when AOS plumbing came in. We had to fire off the last crew of scammers and then a good friend of mine recommended AOS plumbing to me. Within the next day they were there to take a look at what we were working with. They took over the whole project and did more than double what the other guys were going to do with my remaining budget after already being gouged by the last crew for doing nothing. When everything looked like a nightmare, AOS came in with great people to help. They had great electricians, carpenter handyman, plumbers were amazing, tile setter was good and even had a guy come do the shower sliding doors. The best part of working with AOS plumbing was the transparency during the whole process. I was able to see where every dollar I was spending was going for every nut, bolt, screw, paint, flooring and glue. It was easy to contact them whenever I had questions and watch as things got put together. No time was wasted and no money was either. All the plumbing and electrical was done with quality work. I can't thank them enough, but thank you Anthony and Franky and the whole crew for making this happen when we needed it most. Honest hard working people, they don't need handouts or scams to make money. These are the guys you should be calling when you need a plumber or even something as big as full home renovations. They can do it all. I'm not sure if that's a service they offer to everyone, but they did for me when we really needed it.

Anthony and his team are fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We had our hot water tank replaced, and at first, we didn't get the specific model we were looking for. However, Anthony was kind enough to send his team back to install the correct one. We are incredibly grateful for AOS's commitment to customer satisfaction and truly appreciate the extra effort to get us what we had in mind. The technicians were super quick and professional, and performed the work with the utmost care and attention. Highly recommended!
