Only been going here for a little so far but absolutely love this gym! all the staff are very kind and helpful + Sean is great trainer and very welcoming! Definitely recommend.

When I got here in September, there was no sense of community. When Sean, Matt and Et all. Arrive the culture shifted tremendously, we have a great community in this gym. It is a pleasure to work out here. I love seeing others helping others, the talking, it is more than just a place to lift weights.

Matthew and Sean were very helpful and friendly. They immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed and valued right away. You can tell they really care about the members. Answers all my questions. 10/10 would recommend. Best gym I’ve been to in Winnipeg thanks to them!
