The manager here needs to get a life. I always wear clean shoes into the gym, I’ll usually stick them on before driving to the gym and ensure they are clean as I enter. I’ve done this at Seton Anytime, HighRiver anytime and even BigSky gym. No complaints! No one cares because my shoes aren’t dirty. I did the same thing at Okotoks no one cared as I entered, but then a week later the manager emails me threatening to charge me $250 because she didn’t see me change my shoes on camera… I left no mess, no dirt anywhere my shoes were clean. She is just looking for things to complain about and power trip over.

This business does not deserve to stay in operation. On September 29, I reported an incident of verbal harassment and abuse from another member to the owner, Donna Reid , and the manager, Brittany Morin. They both called me on September 30 and admitted they “didn’t know what to say” but apologized that I had been threatened and accused by another member. I was waiting for a resolution, expecting this member to be banned after making both myself and my boyfriend feel threatened and unsafe they even came close to putting their hands on me. Instead, I received a call from Donna telling me that I “shouldn’t have been looking around to begin with.” She even said, “If you don’t feel safe coming to this gym, go somewhere else.” This response is completely unacceptable. Donna has shown zero concern for member safety and refuses to take responsibility. She shifts blame to avoid addressing serious incidents and clearly prioritizes certain customers over others. If you are a person of colour or value a safe and respectful environment, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I am currently waiting for Corporate to investigate this matter further, but based on my experience, this gym does not take harassment or member safety seriously. She will most likely respond to this accepting no accountability and blaming the customer. All the rest of the reviews are written by managements family. Do not trust this company. They do not care about your safety only that you pay the fee every month. BE A BETTER BUSINESS OWNER DONNA

Beautiful gym. Very well equipped with towels and sanatizing spray bottle. Lots of equipment and super clean. I was there at 730am on Saturday and I had the gym to myself for the entire workout. That is a refreshing change for the crowded AF in Vancouver. Nice! I wish that I could stay longer in Okotoks but just passing by on the way home to Vancouver. Congratulations AF team for the best AF that I have been to across Canada. Thank you! 👍👏🙌

This is my favorite Anytime Fitness. The layout is great and the selection of equipment is plentiful. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness, especially this location, to anyone looking for a nice change from crowded gyms.
