Appreciate the way this gym is maintained. Many times I see this tall guy repairing machines and when I asked him came to know he’s the owner. The staff is always smiling and eager to help out. The free weight section is my favourite place. Totally recommend this gym.

Great location, always lots of parking. Gym is kept pretty clean. Lots of cubbies to store your gym bag. Staff is friendly. And it’s annytime! Can’t get better than that. Only thing is I feel they need some maintenance on the water fountain, seems it’s leaking into the wall or something.

Disappointed. I was a consistent member at this gym for nearly four years. Since the departure of longtime staff like Michaela, Myles, and Ashley, the decline at this location has been rapid and obvious. Ownership appears focused purely on the bottom line rather than the business, staff, or customers. I was recently involved in an accidental equipment issue and made every effort to resolve it calmly and respectfully. Instead of a reasonable conversation, I received aggressive and threatening emails and what was clearly a blatant cash grab disguised as “repair responsibility.” When I asked for proper documentation and transparency, ownership chose to suspend my membership rather than work toward any fair or mature resolution. This one star rating reflects the level of customer service and professionalism I experienced. It is unfortunate to see how quickly this location has gone downhill, and the issues clearly stem from the top down. There are obvious areas needing attention. Focus on maintaining a clean, well kept facility and addressing the behavior of ignorant members with poor personal hygiene who misuse equipment and leave messes behind. Listen to feedback and treat long term members with basic respect rather than viewing them as an easy source of revenue to squeeze. This used to be a great place to train. It is a shame to see what it has become. **Update in response to ownership’s public reply: I appreciate the very detailed, clearly AI assisted response, but this was never treated as a joking matter. Making light of an awkward situation in the moment, knowing a simple selector pin would need replacement, apparently qualifies as misconduct serious enough to suspend a four year member while still attempting to collect dues and fees. Handling a customer dispute through accusations without a formal conversation, threats of charges, and argumentative replies is not professional business conduct. In Canada, most of us expect issues to be handled with basic civility, transparency, and respect, not escalation and gaslighting on a public review thread.

Extremely disappointing experience. Customer service was poor and unhelpful when I tried to get clarity about my account. My membership was extended after a freeze, yet staff refused to clearly explain how or why it was extended or provide transparent details. The contract was not properly outlined verbally at the time of sign-up. On top of that, random amounts were taken out of my bank account without clear notice or explanation, which is completely unacceptable. A gym should be upfront, transparent, and respectful of its members’ finances. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication and honest billing. sure why the customer service here is just so much worse than other

Best gym in Victoria! All machines are constantly functional unlike a lot of the other local gyms who put up "Out of Order" signs and let their equipment collect dust. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming no matter how experienced you are in the gym. 11/10 would recommend 👌
