I've been going to this gym for years. They used to be on Ness avenue in the strip mall. I loved that location, though it was admittedly much smaller than their current location. Their current location is still nearby, in the industrial park (right next to my work), a lot more roomy, has a lot of fresh machines and even has an upstairs section. Speaking of new sections of the gym, I think it was clever to create a turfed area downstairs for stretching and have the heavy bag upstairs. It's nice to not feel like you're disturbing anyone stretching while using it (like you sometimes were at the old location lol). Everyone I've encountered at this location is also pretty friendly. There's no judgement, no weird stares, etc. You can feel free to do your thing, whatever that thing is, no matter what size/strength you are. The only reason I rated with 4 stars instead of 5 is because they've had humidity issues during hot days (as mentioned in other reviews here), which makes the gym a bit unbearable sometimes. I see that it appears they have an ac unit on the ceiling now though? So I hope that helps next summer! Keep up the great work.

The gym is super clean, the bathrooms smell clean and aren't musty, the equipment is exactly what you need, great treadmills etc the staff are super friendly too. I don't know what's going on with gym culture but this place is perfect, it's not super busy, it's not loud, no one's slamming weights, everyone is respectful, it's not freezing cold, it's also not ripping hot, and the equipment is clean. If you're someone looking to re-enter the gym after a hiatus or brand new, this is for you. All the equipment has diagrams of you've forgotten, no one stares at you, there is a quieter spot upstairs etc. it's really all you need... I'm happy I joined.❤️❤️

Came to this gym twice when it was 25c plus and no A/C? Just two compact fans Blowing air. I've been to other AF locations and they have A/C going. Underwhelming for a gym not to have a/c especially during these crazy hot days. Pretty small gym too.

This gym is a bit on the small side, it's not usually very busy so there there are always machines available. I dont like that there isn't a locker room, just some bathrooms to change in which is a bit inconvenient. The lockers they do have are really small and my gym bag wont fit so I can't lock it up which makes me uncomfortable as I have to leave all my personal belongings in a cubby near the door. Overall I am happy with this gym as it is well run and so far I am being treated a lot better then my previous gym and I can workout in peace whenever I want.
