Absolutely Amazing staff and facility. The coaches and other members are super nice and always willing to help out and give advise. You dont have to feel intimidated there...there are members of all fitness levels. Put your hand up in the air and someone will give you a high five. Highly recommend

Hands down best gym in the city. The personal trainers are amazing, great vibe, feel welcome. Shout out to Bradford for being the best personal trainer out there and for Ashley always being the smiling face and leader of encouragment!

Fabulous workout place with so many options in weights and well-maintained machines. Loved how cleanliness is a big priority here. Such a warm welcome from the staff and other clients and it was not intimidating to ask questions - felt so comfortable as an older female coming to workout in a new space! Thank you so much!

Friendly front staff. Bradford the owner/ manager/ trainer is a beast at what he does. Highly knowledgeable, personable, and loves what he does. Highly recommend this location, even if it's a bit out of your way.

I'm a former member who now goes (very unfortunately) to the Bridgeland location. The cleanliness, professionalism, and community aspect of this gym completely sets it apart, not to mention the quality of their equipment is top notch and has gotten even better since I went more consistently 4-5 years ago. Its very encouraging to see the gym improvement fee's actually being put to good use to improve the customer experience. Can't recommend this location enough if you're in the area and need an easily accessible gym.
