As someone who frequents this gym twice a day for the last 3+ years, I can absolutely attest to the awesome job that Mitch and the rest of the staff do. Gym is always clean and staff always professional. Any previous complaints were clearly written by entitled individuals who have no idea how “terms & conditions” on contracts work.

see my attached pictures , one is my review one year ago and second is just they are being rude ... i am no more there even in manitoba proviance and also i have completed my contract and they want me to fly and come to sign a cancellation otherhand , when i joined it was a virtual signature , even once we transfered one membership it was also online and even my friend was not called or asked to do that 🤓 i have evidence for that and these money makers , wants me to fly to sign a cancellation(even no contract anymore)

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Lost Property Mishandled I’m incredibly disappointed with how this gym handled my lost property. I accidentally left a brand new pair of shoes worth nearly $400 in the locker room. Instead of contacting me or holding them in the lost and found (as any professional facility should), the staff donated them to charity without informing me. This level of negligence is unacceptable. There was no attempt to contact me despite the fact that I’m a registered member with full contact information on file. These were high-value shoes, and the fact that they were given away so quickly shows a complete disregard for members' belongings. I expected better responsibility and communication from a place I trusted with my fitness and personal items. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this gym, and I urge management to revise their lost item policies to ensure no one else has to go through this

Great gym, most of the time almost empty. Very clean, great staff. I recommend!

I've been a member of this gym for close to two years and since then no complaints. The staff is always welcoming, everything is always clean (never seen a speck of dust seriously), and the equipment rarely breaks. And when they do they're usually fixed right away. For someone like me who has been to most of the gyms in the Garden City area—like Shapes, Goodlife, Fit4Less, and Planet Fitness—I can say this is the best one I've been to.
