Extremely disappointing experience. I have used multiple gyms across Canada, and this is by far the most frustrating cancellation process I have seen. The policy is overly restrictive, difficult to navigate, and feels designed to make cancellation as hard as possible. The most concerning part is that these key cancellation conditions were not clearly explained at the time of signup. Important details like strict notice requirements, document rules, and limited submission options should be made fully transparent before someone signs a contract — not after they try to cancel. I fully understand and respect contracts. That is not the issue. The issue is lack of transparency and the unreasonable complexity of the cancellation process. For anyone considering joining this location: Please read every line of the agreement very carefully and ask direct questions about cancellation before signing. Do not assume their process is the same as other gyms in Canada. In my opinion, this location needs to seriously improve how it communicates membership terms and how it treats members who need to cancel due to relocation or life changes.

First time visiting this location since it’s near my workplace. 5/5 - very clean, great equipment, incredibly friendly staff (I forgot her name but she gave me a quick tour), empty during off times and great parking options. Will be coming back!!!

Anytime Fitness Haysboro has honestly been like a second family to me. From the staff to the members, the atmosphere is always so welcoming and supportive. I recently had to cancel my membership because of a car accident, but this was not an easy decision to make. I can say without a doubt that I’ll be back when I’m physically able to. This gym has not only helped me stay active, but also given me a community I truly value. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a place to work out. The manager Kristi and Owner Rob are amazing people and I’m so thankful for everything they have done to help and support me with my goals. Thank you 🤍

I’ve been a member for almost two months now , I don’t have anything negative to say . Staff and trainers are super friendly and accommodating. Gym and bathrooms are always kept clean and most members practise good hygiene. Almost never have to wait for station And the gym has a good vibe

Out of province visitor going for a workout over the long weekend. Vince welcomed me, gave a tour and was very helpful. Gym had the usual equipment, cardio/bars/dumbells/cables/etc, but I was mainly doing resistance/strength training with bars/dumbells/cables. Place was clean and nothing out of place. They even had towel service which my home gym did not offer. At the time of visit, 11am to 2pm, was not as busy. Everyone seemed to just mind their own business, getting those gains. Only odd thing I found was regarding their dumbells. Was looking for the 85lbs, then realized that after 70lbs, the increments are in 10s, so 70,.80, 90, and 100. Not that big a deal, as you can just pick what's available and alter your routine accordingly. Props again to Vince.
