This is such a great location. Machines are well taken care of and clean, people are respectful and friendly, Demi the manager is super helpful and great too. The bathrooms are always clean and showers are awesome. This gym is doing everything right all around. Thank you!!

This gym is absolutely incredible. Not only is the staff incredible but the manager demi is the best manager I’ve seen at a gym. She’s very knowledgeable and professional and super friendly and always ready to help any members when needed. I’ve been to a lot of other anytime fitnesses and this one has to be by far the greatest. It’s ALWAYS spotless clean and I’ve never felt gross in it. Bathrooms are always clean. Showers are spotless and the carpets always taken care of and clean even in the winter when it’s gross and muddy. The equipment is always taken care of and demi is on top of it when there is an issue. Thanks for keeping the gym feeling like home and clean as grandmas house.

I like going there but there are 2 main issues that cause me to keep a second membership at another local gym, - the lack of leverage equipment, mostly in leg squats. The read deer gym has one and it's so much easier on my back. I'm getting old so leverage equipment make is easier on my back body. - the evening clientele is mostly young people that tie up the equipment long term while they chat instead of working out. These younger people have no respect for the he equipment or others working near them. - the young women or girls coming to workout with little to no clothes on. I get that's a lot of how gym atire is today and I know there's not much you can do. The young guys who can't respect the equipment and others around them is what pisses me off the most. I can't even count on how many time I've had to rip into them to smarten up, I'm no slouch so they do listen. You need a night manager later in the evening till about 8pm. There should be an employee till after the peak time.

I am a loyal member of many years. As I rely on my membership for mental health, I have been scared to voice my opinion as I am afraid my membership will be cancelled for speaking up. I love my gym but can’t stand how bad staff has been treated over the years. I have been friendly with most of the managers and all voiced how poorly they were treated by whoever is in charge. Just recently their trainer of quite a few years (I think 4 or 5 years), was kicked out with no notice after the gym got rid of all their trainers. Another member told me her membership she pays for was taken away as well. In the last few years, we keep seeing things get taken away (classes, towels, massage chair, trainers) while rates only increase. I went in to get help with my membership last month and was told the manager couldn’t help me and was directed to the useless customer service team online . The only reason most of us are still here is because we have no other decent gym in town. I hope we get a new one soon so we can all leave for somewhere better who knows how to treat great employees.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff, especially Dina and the manager, are extremely rude and unhelpful. They do not show any willingness to assist members or address concerns. The overall customer service experience is poor — definitely not what I expected from Anytime Fitness.
