You know who has taken over and the first thing they did im sure was fire the cleaner they like stink and filth. The place used to be spotless. Endless broken equipment. Bathrooms are nasty and stink. No soap, changing room carpet looks like its from a hotel on sask drive they tore down.

I usually go after work around 3pm, best time to go, not that many people in there, customer service is awesome when I went there to sign up.

I’d like to express my concern regarding the extended downtime of the gym equipment. Nearly two months without access to one of the machines due to a broken cable is simply not acceptable. Citing the postal strike as the reason for the delay feels inadequate, as alternative shipping options such as courier services could have been arranged to minimize disruption. Now, with a second machine also out of service for an unknown period, it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. The gym already operates with a limited selection of equipment, and having machines unavailable for months at a time significantly impacts the experience and value for members who expect functional and well-maintained facilities. I hope these issues can be addressed with greater urgency moving forward.

gym is good enough, giving 3 stars because the music they play is god awful and that’s a big part of the gym experience. not sure how people who don’t have earbuds on full blast can handle the radio station. for context it’s just grocery store music which nearly puts a guy to sleep on the days my buds are dead. i’m not asking for hip hop or nun but like throw on 104.9, or sumn that’ll get a guy motivated to lift heavy circles GOTDAMN! 🥱 also the bathroom floors are expected to be SOAKED at all times which is kinda annoying and frankly unsafe but maybe that’s just me other than that the staff is fine and equipment is ALWAYS repaired extremely fast. the gym may be small but lemme tell ya they got everything a brother needs in here. generally smells decent too which is a plus 👍

Cones The equipment isn't in the best shape 6/10 but you can still get a great workout in. Every time I go in, there's a noticeable smell of sweat and socks, likely because of the shoe rack near the entrance. Nothing major but still irritating. Pros: .lots of equipment options The washrooms are really clean and private. The changing rooms are also clean and offer great privacy. The staff is absolutely amazing—10/10! The community is friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental for new guys. I would absolutely rock one of their shirts. Can I GET A DISCOUNT PLZ🫡
