0/5 stars is more accurate. I signed up for this gym on December 29, 2024. By mid-May of 2025, members received an email saying renovations were coming and the gym would be closing in the foreseeable future. It has been closed ever since. We were told the gym might reopen in January.. it’s now the end of February. The solution they offered was to use another location, which simply wasn’t realistic for me. I rely on Uber for transportation, and traveling to a different gym would have doubled my commuting cost just to work out. To make matters worse, the alternate gym they redirected members to has now closed as well. Extremely disappointing experience.

Ayo Scott/Nicole/Eric give my money back!! Scott i emailed you last week and still no response. Multiple of my friends also emailed you and also no response. You guys have been charging me $29 every 3 months for a whole year now and I’m getting annoyed!!!! This is how you ruin your business guys. Your new gym will fail before it even opens up. Embarrassing. To anyone returning when this place opens back up: don’t be stupid. Go to goodlife or even better go to movati a few blocks down. It’s more expensive but at least they ain’t gonna SCAM & STEAL your money from you. I’m sure you’ll see some old faces from the OG summerside anytime fitness there.

Gym was fine until the closed down with no warning, I called the cancel and they told me it was a temp close, the building had been turned into a different company. They kept taking my money and I had no gym to go to. Absolute SCAM stay away, you are number to them and they don’t even bother to communicate things like your gym closing down to you. Terrible if I could make this 0 stars I would. How many months did I pay for absolutely NOTHING. Because oh, you need to go to your home branch to cancel… the one that was closed 😂😂 an absolute money grab joke of a company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My club closed in June 2025 and I stopped attending at that time. When I contacted head office to cancel, I was told cancellation had to be completed at that specific branch, despite it being closed. I also emailed to cancel and explained that my card had been replaced, which interrupted payments. After that, the “attempts to contact me” consisted of toll free calls that rang for about a second and disconnected when answered, with no voicemail or meaningful follow up. The next contact I received was from collections. If you value reasonable customer service and a straightforward cancellation process, consider this your heads up.

I became a member in January, coaches are awesome, management was fine until renovations. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the manager to freeze my account but they finally reached out (after multiple calls AND emails). Now that I want it unfrozen, they can’t be reached again. I have sent multiple emails, have called so many times, I even reached out to other locations to see if they can manage to reach this management but they still haven’t gotten back to me. I will be relocating to another location until my contract ends.
