On the compact side, can get crowded during peak times. Even when busy it is usually clean. The mngr has great customer service and her professionalism always shines.

I’m not sure if it’s the manager or owners but someone from this gym is sending degrading and terribly unprofessional emails to patrons. I recommend making the woodhams location your home gym instead. They are much more professional and kind.

Amazing gym! The staff are such great people, especially Maureen! The gym is well kept and super clean! All the equipment is in great shape and the staff do a great job with the marketing and membership involvement. Would recommend for anyone living in the North end. Also if you are a student they have a great membership which is also a fantastic bonus
