My 2 cats, Kiwi and Finn, have come to Dr. Zacharias since we got them at 8 weeks old. We have had a great experience at this clinic. They are kind, caring and thorough in their examinations and follow up. I feel that Kiwi and Finn are well cared for and that both Dr. Z and Patricia just genuinely love animals! I can’t say enough good things about this animal clinic. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and truly cares about the animals they treat. From the front desk to the vets, everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made sure my pet felt comfortable and safe. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and you can tell they run it with a lot of heart. I’m so grateful to have a place I trust with my pet’s health. Highly recommend!

Dr Zacharias and her team are incredible! Everyone in the clinic is so caring, and take the time to ensure that our husky is happy and comfortable at all appointments. We have received nothing but excellent care from Dr Zacharias. She is kind and patient and takes the time to make sure appointments are as least stressful as possible for our dog. She is honest and would never recommend anything that wasn’t necessary. Her care has ensured the highest quality of life for our dog, and we drive from Port Moody to see her!

I seriously don’t even know where to start. The team at Animal Hospital on 65th is unreal. They helped my puppy Tilley through not one, but two broken legs and somehow kept me sane through it all. Tilley broke her leg jumping off the couch when she was just a baby. My old vet wasn’t helpful at all, so I called Animal Hospital on 65th in a panic. They got us in first thing the next morning and were incredible from the second we walked through the door. They took X-rays right away, explained everything clearly and treated us like we truly mattered. They were kind, calm and just really human about the whole thing. We booked her surgery and thought that was the worst of it until she jumped again a week later and broke the same leg. I came back to the clinic in absolute shamble’s and they broke the news gently and didn’t make me feel like a bad dog owner, and helped me get her in for another surgery so fast. It was five months of crate rest. They were with me through all of it. Checkups every few weeks annd always texting reminders, always making sure I understood her meds, what to watch for, how she was healing. They even gave me advice on where I could go for rehab when she was better. Every single staff member was so sweet and supportive. I always felt like Tilley and I were in the best hands. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. They went above and beyond every single time. If you’re looking for a vet that actually cares, like really really really cares, I would HIGHLY advise you to go here. I wouldn’t take Tilley anywhere else. Also, I would like to add, we went to their other location on 152 and Highway 10 and we got the same treatment 10/10. HIGHLY recommend.
